All over the world the interest for seaweed is growing rapidly. On the one hand seaweed is gaining popularity as one of the healthiest quality foods available to mankind. On the other hand seaweed is on the verge of becoming the world’s biofuel of the future – with the potential to skirt the competition for land between food and fuel crops.
In an attempt to cover the latest developments in the international seaweed industry and as the final project of my International Journalism MA I am putting together a 20-minute documentary which will go by the name of “Greens Of The Future”.
